Elaine Fuller, LPN & Clinical Manager

Elaine became part of the C.F.L.K.S. team in September 1995 while the company was I.M.S. At that time, the organization had 3 locations. Elaine facilitated the growth of the company to 13 locations while working as an L.P.N. with two physicians and an APP. Elaine currently leads all clinical team members and oversees 7 locations. In addition to Elaine’s L.P.N. degree, she has completed a management program. 

Helping the team members and patients is Elaine’s passion and what drives her to serve patients and team members each day.
