Alicia Brend, Revenue Cycle Management Manager

Alicia is the Manager of Revenue Cycle Management at Central Florida Kidney Specialists. Alicia joined the company in 2002 and is responsible for overseeing all areas of C.F.L.K.S. revenue cycle operations, from charge capture, coding, billing, revenue integrity, and compliance to accounts receivable and patient accounting. She is also responsible for developing strategies around operating activities to optimize revenue and developing key service and support metrics. Alicia has 21 years of healthcare experience, with 7 of those in a healthcare management role, including operations, revenue cycle, and data analytics.
